Air Sensor ImageAir Sensors from AQ Elteknik

The Air Sensor from AQ Elteknik AB is designed to continuously monitor and detect the presence of gas, air, or solid particles as small as 0.01 ml in a flowing liquid. The liquid that flows through the sensor is monitored using sound waves. The sound waves register the presence of bubbles and particles and the results are displayed on an external amplifier.

Reliable & Flexible

The Air Sensor consists of a sensor cell, in which the process media flows, that connects to the system and an external amplifier unit. No moving parts, easy connection and calibration makes Air Sensor very reliable and easy to use.

Aseptic Design

The Air Sensor is compact and machined from single bar stock. The inside is a true flow through design matching the internal diameter of the interconnecting piping. All the connections are standard mini-TC/TC sanitary clamp connections which allow for easy installation in new applicaitons or retrofitting in existing piping.

All fluid contact parts are made from 316L Stainless Steel or Polypropylene. Air Sensor can be CIP washed and the steel sensor can furthermore be steam sterilized in line up to 130C.
