Type 2731 Control ValveControl Valve Systems

Control valve systems Type 2702 (Angle Seat Valve), Type 2731 (2/2 diaphragm valve) , Type 2732 (Zero Static valve), or Type 2733 (Tank Bottom valve) consists of a pneumatically operated piston actuator, a diaphragm and a valve body made of investment cast stainless steel.

The actuator has been designed so that the stroke can be continuously changed. this makes a favorable characteristic possible for the continuous change of the flow.

All Control Valves can be actuated by the TopControl Continuous Type 8630 forming a mechanical and functional unit thus offering a complete control valve system. Using this control valve, continuous regulation tasks for fluids can be solved.

Control system Devices can be combined with the following valves:

  • Type 2702, Angle Seat Valves
  • Type 2731, 2/2 Diaphragm
  • Type 2732, Zero Static
  • Type 2733, Tank Bottom

A complete control valve consists of a Type 2702 (Angle Seat Valve), Type 2731 (2/2 diaphragm valve) , Type 2732 (Zero Static valve), or Type 2733 (Tank Bottom valve) paired with a valve actuation system Side Control Type 1067 or Type 8635 or TopControl Type 8630. The positioners are only delivered in combination with an actuator as part of a complete control valve system.
