Typical Applications:

  • Buffer Inlet: Valves can build a zero dead-leg inlet manifold for purification buffers .
  • Tank Collection: Valves can be arranged to form a collection manifold for tanks, eliminating tee's crosses and unnecessary connections.
  • Fraction Collection: A combination of valves can be used to build a zero dead-leg solution for collecting column fractions.
  • Double Block Bypass: Use these valves to bypass a 0.22um filter or bubble trap on a Chromatography skid. A third valve provides will provide a bleed, or drain port.
  • Product Line CIP: The valves can be arranged to provides a natural airspace when performing CIP operations, thus protecting product from contamination by CIP solutions.
  • Superior Sterile Connections: Use these valves to create an SIP connection without the dead-legs that would are present when using standard ported valves.
