  • Actuator air pressure: 6 - 8 bar
  • Max normal media temp: 120C
  • Max temp, 30 minutes:  140C
  • Internal surface:  rA <= 0.5um, passivated
  • Electropolish:  Optional
  • External surface:  rA  = 3.2um, glass blasted

4-Connection / 4-Seat Valve with Two Double Pneumatic Actuators (4W/4P DFP):

 

  • Valve body:  316L

  • Internal surface:  rA <= 0.5um, passivated

4W/4P DFP Valve

Typical Applications:

  • 4W/4P BD Valve for Bypass Flow: A single 4W/4P BD valve can be used to bypass an inline device, such as a 0.22um filter, MF/UF cassette, or a bubble trap.
  • 4W/4P Valve for Chromatography Systems : The 4W/4P DFP valve can be used as a single valve solution for mastering forward and reverse flow on chromatography skids.
