4-Connection / 3-Seat Valve with a Double & Single Pneumatic Actuator (4W/4P):

  • Valve body:  316L

  • Actuator air pressure: 6 - 8 bar
  • Max normal media temp: 120C
  • Max temp, 30 minutes:  140C
  • Internal surface:  rA <= 0.5um, passivated
  • Electropolish:  Optional
  • External surface:  rA  = 3.2um, glass blasted

4-Connection / 4-Seat Valve with Two Double Pneumatic Actuators (6W/4P):

  • Valve body:  316L
  • Max media pressure:  10 bar
  • Actuator air pressure: 6 - 8 bar

  • Max temp, 30 minutes:  140C
  • Internal surface:  rA <= 0.5um, passivated
  • Electropolish:  Optional
  • External surface:  rA  = 3.2um, glass blasted

6W/4P Valve

Typical Applications:

  • Buffer Inlet, Tank & Fraction Collection: When used alone, or with 3W/3P valves, the 4W/4P valve combines to give the valve manifold an odd number of connections (i.e. 3, 5, 7,...).
  • Product CIP : The 6W/4P Can be used on top of tanks to vent and transfer CIP solutions. The valve body utilizes a zero dead leg design with a built in air gap to prevent CIP solutions from contaminating product in the tank.
